From in-depth questionnaires to heartfelt voice memos, every part of working with me is about creating space for you to feel safe, seen, and celebrated.

Customized Booking
While I do offer some self-serve booking, I want your whole experience to be personalized and unique to you.
Which is why if we decide to work together, I will build you a customized booking link with all of the details we’ve discussed. Your booking link will allow you to complete all the paperwork stuff in a simple & streamlined way before we get to the fun stuff.
Your booking link will include everything we need before your session: Your session details (time, date, location, package), your contract, my Client Questionnaire (arguably the most important part of our booking process), and any Session Add-Ons (if applicable).
This questionnaire allows me to get to know you and your family just a little bit better before we actually meet in person And intern to ensure that I am prepared with all of the tips and tricks to make your session memorable, comfortable, and above all stress-free.

Session Preparation
We’ve all been there, it’s the night before Photos and You are stressed.
You’re still piecing together outfits, you have no idea what to expect in your session in the next day, and your kids are probably a little more feral than normal (naturally).
As soon as you’re booking is complete, you’ll receive my complementary styling guide with all of my tips on the best colors to wear & how to mix and match pieces within your wardrobe to make it the perfect accessory for bringing your session to Life.
It’s also chalked full of some helpful tips on what to avoid and what to look for leading up to stepping in front of the camera.
In addition to your styling guide, you’ll receive my session prep guide. This is such a great resource because it allows you to understand how my session flow & what I operate like as a photographer. It gets rid of any of the unnecessary expectations you may be holding for your session that we don’t even need to worry about.
If you choose to be fully styled by me or to take advantage of some of the complementary styling perks that I offer, step four is going to be for you.

Styling Your Session
Of course you'll get my style guide with inspiration on several ways to style outfits for beautiful outcomes, but I also offer complimentary styling features that can help make your session prep easier.
I offer all of my clients access to me for more specialized and individualized styling. This can look like inspiration photos, i.e. app, Pinterest board, a mood board, suggestions for complementary color, palettes, customize, shopping list at your top, three favorite stores, and even client closet rentals for women’s and children, clothing options.
I will be as hands on or hands off and styling for your session as you desire, and all of these items are 1000% complementary aside from client closet rentals in certain tiers of sessions (i.e. The Free Spirit)

The Session
This is what it all leads up to.
And of course it’s my favorite part, because by now you’ve realized that we’re in this together and that we’re going to have fun bringing your story to life in this exact moment with all of the beauty and joy that exists even within the imperfections.
You can reference my fashion prep guide for an insider look at how your session will flow and how I operate behind the camera, but the most important thing about your session is creating space for whatever it is you need in this moment. And that will always be my top priority.
I will bring everything that we need, except for maybe some special items that you’d like to include in your session. This means that once we arrive on location, you and your family just get to enjoy each other and groove to the customized playlist I’ve curated for your session based on your questionnaire, answers, getting to know you before hand, maybe a little help for AI.

The Reveal
I know how hard it is to wait on Photos. So I’ve nailed down my behind-the-scenes process to ensure the galleries are delivered in a timely fashion without sacrificing any of the quality, customization, and creativity that each photo deserves.
My standard gallery turnaround time is about a week from your session, But I will communicate updates as we lead up to gallery delivery day.
Once your gallery is perfectly curated with all of your final hand edited photos, you’ll receive a convenient email link with the download code to access all of your photos optimize for print or digital use depending on your preference.
I can also send you a screen recording of how to download your gallery should you need it -- I'm on standby for any support post session too.

- The Free Spirit - 10+ hand edited images
- The Wanderer - 20+ hand edited images
